Danica Stewart is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations, social media management, and marketing. Currently serving as a Communications Advisor at ReturnToWorkSA since January 2017, Danica previously held the Communications Coordinator position at RAA from July 2011 to January 2017, where responsibilities included managing public relations for various sectors and overseeing social media strategies during a secondment as Social Media Manager. Danica also took on a Senior Communications Consultant role, directing public relations activities for RAA’s commercial divisions, including insurance, travel, and security. Education includes a Bachelor of Public Relations from the University of South Australia, obtained between 2009 and 2011.

At ReturnToWorkSA, our purpose is to empower and support South Australians impacted by work injury. Our services and those delivered by our claims agents are designed to provide early intervention support to workers and employers following a work injury to ensure the worker can recover and return to work as quickly as possible. ReturnToWorkSA has replaced WorkCoverSA and we are responsible for implementing and managing the Return to Work scheme. We are a statutory authority set up under the Return to Work Corporation of South Australia Act 1994 to administer the Return to Work Act 2014.
