Marissa Rodriguez

Marissa Rodriguez currently serves as a Project Analyst focusing on Engagement and Retention Special Projects at ReUp Education since July 2023, aiming to enhance the educational experience for students with some college but no degree. Prior experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Student Engagement at Upswing, where Marissa built a team to implement engagement strategies and reported on key business objectives. Marissa has also held positions as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist, emphasizing user acquisition and content marketing at Upswing and Civitas Learning, respectively. Earlier roles at Arizona State University included Senior Student Engagement Manager for Global Launch and Program Coordinator for the Executive MBA Program, alongside an initial position as an Academic Advisor at the University of Phoenix. Marissa holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Service and Community Solutions from Arizona State University.
