Rikki Pifer

Rikki Pifer, CSM, is a skilled project and engagement coordinator currently employed at ReUp Education since October 2023. Previously, Rikki held positions at Trinity Health as a Referral Coordinator, where effective communication limited delays in surgery scheduling, and at Orthopaedic Associates of Michigan as a Patient Navigator, enhancing patient engagement and adherence to treatment plans. Additional experience includes a Senior Patient Representative role at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, optimizing pain management processes, and serving as a Financial Coordinator at Breton Gardens Family Dentistry, where patient care coordination and streamlined processes were emphasized. Rikki holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography with a minor in Art History from Central Michigan University.
