Jason Hawkins

Jason Hawkins has a diverse work experience. Since 2021, they have been the CEO and Co-Founder of Reusables.com, a container sharing platform focused on reducing single-use packaging. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at FoodX Technologies, first as a Product Manager and later as the Director of Business Development. At FoodX Technologies, they helped deliver software solutions for global grocery leaders and supported retailers with eGrocery management. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, Jason worked as a Product Manager at SPUD.ca - Sustainable Produce Urban Delivery. Jason was also a Co-Founder of Rooted Foods Co. from 2015 to 2018, where they played a key role in the company's early development. Additionally, they have worked as a Consultant at Queen's Business Consulting and as an International Business Analyst at LoyaltyOne. Jason's earlier experiences include positions such as Alumni Relations Coordinator and Business Analyst Intern. Jason also gained experience outside the business field as a Deckhand and Lifeguard.

Jason Hawkins attended the Smith School of Business at Queen's University from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Finance & Strategy. In 2016, they also briefly attended the Nova School of Business and Economics, although the specific degree and field of study are not mentioned. Additionally, in October 2018, Jason obtained a certification in Product Management from BrainStation. In November 2017, they were recognized as a Student Entrepreneur Finalist by Enactus Canada.
