Jaco Roux

Jaco Roux began their work experience in 2003 as the Head of Programmes at Reutech Radar Systems. In 2005, they joined Stellenbosch University as a Programme Manager and Student Supervisor, a role they held until February 2015. In 2011, Roux became the CIO at wiGroup, remaining in that position until July 2018.

Jaco Roux obtained their B Engsc degree in Computer Systems, Applied Mathematics, and Electronics from Stellenbosch University in the years 2000 to 2003. Jaco then pursued an Msc Eng degree in Applied Mathematics from the same university from 2004 to 2006. Finally, Jaco Roux completed their education by earning a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Stellenbosch University between 2006 and 2010.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Jaco Roux has also attained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Sense. The specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not mentioned.
