Christina Fincher

Christina Fincher is a seasoned journalist and editor with over two decades of experience in the media industry. Currently serving as the Global News Desk Editor at Reuters News Agency since January 2023, Christina previously worked as a self-employed journalist and editor from January 2019 to January 2023, including a role as a weekend editor at Reuters and as a thought leadership writer at the Economist Group. Christina's earlier experience includes positions as an editor at Eurasia Group and as a financial journalist at Reuters for nearly 16 years. Earlier career highlights include work as an editor and correspondent at AFX News and a translator at Financial Times Information. Christina holds a Master’s Degree in French and Italian from the University of Cambridge.
