Pam Neal has over three decades of professional experience in customer service and management. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Customer Service Representative at Rev-A-Shelf since February 2002, Pam has developed extensive expertise in customer relations. Prior to this role, Pam managed operations as Office Manager at Bratcher Apollo Oil Company from 1992 to 2000. Additionally, Pam held various Store Manager positions at Kicks For Kids from 1987 to 1989, demonstrating a strong background in retail management.
