Mike Sayles

Mike Sayles currently serves as a Board Member at Rev Energy Gum and as a Partner at Encore Group. Previously, Mike held the position of Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company and founded Fresh Street, which was acquired by WIS International. Mike has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Chief Customer Officer at Ferrara, an investment firm connected with L Catterton and the Ferrero family office, and held advisory roles at Van's Natural Foods and YoCrunch Yogurt during their acquisitions. Mike began a career in investment banking as an Analyst at Houlihan Lokey. Educational credentials include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
