Irina Hot

Irina Hot has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Irina started their career at Bucyrus International as a Product Commodity Analyst in 2010. Irina then moved to Caterpillar Inc., where they held various roles including Product Commodity Analyst, Product Support Lead, and Product Support Representative from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, Irina joined REV Group, Inc as the Dealer Development and Parts Manager, responsible for managing the primary distribution channel and leading dealer channel acquisition. Irina later progressed to the Director of Sales for the Eastern U.S. AfterMarket, where they successfully ignited revenue growth across four territories. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director, AfterMarket (Merchandise) Services at REV Group, Inc, overseeing the centralization of aftermarket support for five divisions and managing financial results.

Irina Hot obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, International Business, and French from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they have certifications in Dealer Management Simulation and Equipment Management Training from Reman University Caterpillar University, as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Certified certification from Caterpillar Inc.
