Sarah Apple

Sarah Apple is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and general counsel roles. After beginning a legal career with externships and internships, including positions at the United States District Court and Compliance Implementation Services, Sarah progressed to roles at notable firms such as Sidley Austin LLP and Pepper Hamilton LLP. Sarah served as Associate General Counsel at Regal Beloit Corporation and later as Segment General Counsel for Regal Rexnord’s Automation and Motion Control segment. Currently, as Associate General Counsel at REV Group, Sarah leads various legal initiatives pertaining to M&A transactions. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, further studies in audiology at Vanderbilt University, and a Doctor of Law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
