Kent Lesh

Kent Lesh is an experienced manufacturing engineer with a career spanning over four decades. Currently, Kent serves as a Manufacturing Engineer at Allied Recreation Group, Inc., overseeing Off Line operations in various departments including Lamination, Mill Room, Steel Fab, Paint, and Slide Out. Prior to this role, Kent worked at Lincoln Foodservice Products as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where efforts were focused on continuous improvements in manufacturing processes using lean manufacturing techniques, supplemented by training in Kaizen and 5S events. Earlier in the career, Kent was an Industrial Engineer at Blount Industrial Products, performing critical tasks such as motion and time studies, cost analysis, production planning, and new product costing. Kent holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
