Joel M. Harrington is an experienced professional in government affairs, regulatory policy, and public relations within the clean energy and environmental sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Government Affairs at REV Renewables since March 2024, Harrington previously held significant roles, including Director of Regulatory and Public Policy for Enel North America, where operations spanned 26 states in the Eastern U.S. Notably, while leading government relations for AVANGRID, Harrington guided a team that secured a pivotal $1 billion initiative for New England's largest clean energy project. Harrington's tenure includes leadership positions at Central Maine Power Company and The Nature Conservancy, as well as contributions to Vermont Law School’s government relations efforts, securing substantial government funding.
