FROILAN LLEWEL ILAGAN

Froilan Llewel Ilagan has a diverse work experience in the power plant industry. In 1999, they started as an Operations Technician at Batangas Power Corporations where they were responsible for various operational activities. FROILAN LLEWEL then joined Siemens Power Operations INC in 2000 as an Operations Controller, managing power plant units and equipment. From 2003 to 2006, Ilagan worked at Shuweihat O&M Limited Partnership as a Control Room Engineer, focusing on the operation and maintenance of power and water plant units. FROILAN LLEWEL then worked at Hitachi Philippiines as a Commissioning Engineer, responsible for commissioning and operating the H80 GT. Ilagan also worked at Siemens Philippines as a Shift Charge Engineer/PTW Officer where they commissioned and operated the Combined Cycle Extension of Nasserieh Power Station in Syria. FROILAN LLEWEL later joined Jubail O&M Company Limited as a Control Room Engineer, overseeing the operation and maintenance of power and water plant units. Ilagan then worked at Rev1 Power Services as an Operations Supervisor, responsible for commissioning, operating, and maintaining power plant units. Their most recent role is as a Commissioning Engineer/SCE at YTL Corporation Bhd.

From 1993 to 1998, Froilan Llewel Ilagan studied at Batangas State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
