Riley Shelton

Riley Shelton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2014, they worked as an IT Assistant at Steubenville City Schools. In 2019, they held multiple positions, including an Innovation Consultant at The Commons, an Office Assistant at The University of Akron, and a Business Development Manager at ProfProtects LLC. From 2018 to 2021, Riley served as a Partnership Developer & Program Manager at Northeast Ohio Student Venture Fund, where they also worked as an Intern. In 2020, they joined Bounce Innovation Hub as a Business Analyst and Interstate Fusion as a Due Diligence Analyst. In 2022, Riley became a Fellow at Rev1 Ventures and a Member of VentureNext. They then started working as a Technology Consultant for their own self-employed venture. Finally, in 2023, Riley joined the Programming Committee at VentureNext.

Riley Shelton began their education in 2014 at Eastern Gateway Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Art/Art Studies, General in 2016. Following this, from 2016 to 2019, they attended The University of Akron, pursuing a degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Management Information Systems, General. In November 2022, Riley Shelton obtained a certification from VC University ONLINE, offered by VC University.
