Currently serving as the owner and CNC programmer at Prolific CNC since August 2023, Tony has held multiple leadership roles, including CNC Programmer/CNC Machinist Lead at Revak Keene Turbomachinery, where responsibilities included programming Haas CNC machines, reverse engineering, quality control, and training staff. Past experience spans significant positions at organizations such as Eastwood Manufacturing, BHI Corporation, and General Plastics & Composites LP, where skills in operating advanced CNC machines and managing production teams were demonstrated. Tony's expertise also includes creating CAD and CAM programs, maintaining tight tolerances, and enhancing machine productivity through effective team management and problem-solving.
