Jill Beraud

Jill Beraud is currently a Board Member at Revance Therapeutics. Jill has also previously served as the CEO of IPPOLITA from January 2015 to August 2018 and as the EVP, Global Retail & E-commerce of Tiffany & Company from January 2014 to December 2015.

At IPPOLITA, Jill was responsible for developing the business and brand globally. During their time at Tiffany & Company, they were responsible for $4.2B P&L, including all global retail, operations, e-commerce, omni-channel consumer experience, as well as global real estate and store design. Under their leadership, they developed a 3-year global retail strategy to accelerate growth, elevate the luxury experience, improve selling and servicing capabilities and increase store productivity. Jill also reorganized global real estate and store design department to align with global strategy, increase speed to market and reduce cost by 15%. In addition, they created a global leadership team comprised of direct reports (heads of all geographies, operations, and real estate & store design) to build greater strategic alignment, foster teamwork, and leverage global best practices.

After completing their undergraduate degree at Boston University, Jill Beraud pursued an MBA at The Wharton School. Her focus was in marketing, with a concentration in strategic planning.
