Carol Blair has worked in the engineering field since 1993. Carol began their career at Strasbaugh as a Project Manager/Technical Support Engineer, Lead Burn-in Technician, and Assembly and Burn-in Technician. In their role as Lead Burn-in Technician, they were responsible for leading a team of technicians responsible for power-up and testing of up to twenty-eight CMP machines per quarter, while maintaining high quality and achieving on-time delivery. As an Assembly and Burn-in Technician, they were responsible for assembling and wiring assemblies and sub-assemblies, as well as performing power-up, functional testing, troubleshooting, and repair of completed systems. In 2017, Carol began working at Revasum as a Project Manager/Technical Support Engineer, where they manage and supports new and mature projects including CMP and grinding applications. Carol serves as a conduit between departments, helping to ensure open communication while working to achieve company goals such as project deadlines, engineer changes, customer requests, and on-time delivery.

Carol Blair attended Indian Hills Community College from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained an Associates of Applied Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.
