Gino DeSimone brings over 25 years of sales, marketing and education experience in progressive leadership roles within the dental industry. As Co-founder and CEO of DMD (Dental Market Direction) Consortium, Gino is actively involved in bringing clinical and business thought leaders together to address the economic impact of Covid-19 within the tight knit dental community – mission being to aid in reopening practices safely, regaining their footing and reaching new heights of excellence.

Gino has successfully served as EVP of Professional Development for ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers (a major Dental Service Organization), SVP Sales for RODO Medical (next generation dental implant restoration system), SVP Sales & Marketing Lending Club Patient Solutions (first fin-tech financing company for patient financing), SVP Sales & Marketing Straumann North American, Sales Executive at Discus Dental and Global Product Management Leader at 3M Unitek (now 3M Oral Care). Over the years, Gino has effectively worked with clinical researchers, thought leaders and KOLs alike helping deliver powerful corporate forum and clinical CE to the dental community.

In addition to his advisory capacity with RevBio, Gino currently serves as Board Advisor for Supply Clinic, as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board at A.T. Still University Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health and Director on the Board at Medical Mission of Mercy USA.
