Dan Demas

Dan Demas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and customer success across various technology companies. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at GRIN from October 2021 to June 2025, Dan oversees revenue-generating functions and drives improvements in pipeline health and quota attainment. Prior roles include senior positions at Revcast, Cisco, Pendo.io, and Act-On Software, where Dan demonstrated expertise in organizational transformation, operational process revamps, and scaling revenue streams. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Technology from Indiana University Bloomington.
