Mazaya Cinthya has four years of work experience. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at RevComm Inc. as a Marketing and Sales Support, where they were responsible for webinar activities, creative writing and layout for email campaigns, utilizing data leads from marketing tools, managing data with spreadsheets, compiling data leads from landing pages and ads, qualifying leads as SQL or MQL, and creating social media reports. From 2022 to the present, they have been working at Ivosights as a Sales Administrator, creating reports of revenue on a daily basis and blasting WhatsApp marketing with In-App Real Time Communication. From 2018 to 2019, they were employed at PT Bukit Multi Investama (Bukit Asam Group) as a Secretary to the Director, filing data and archiving documents, maintaining databases and filing systems, and recording financial transactions using Excel and other programs. From 2018 to the present, they have been working at PT Karindo Dexa Teknologi (Beritahati.com) as an Admin & Social Media Officer, researching social media communication trends, setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform, and collaborating with other departments to manage reputation and identify key players.

Mazaya Cinthya obtained a Bachelor of Law in International Law and Legal Studies from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta between 2014 and 2018. Mazaya has also obtained certifications from various institutions such as Simplilearn, Udemy, and KT&G SangSang Univ Indonesia, including Advanced Email Marketing (2023), Account Based Marketing (2022), Copywriting Batch 5 (2022), Digital Marketing Batch 5 (2022), Copywriting Quick Start (2022), and Company Organization, Merger, and Acquisition Training (2017).
