Eric Khauv

Eric Khauv is an experienced pharmacy professional with a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the University of Toronto. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Manager at Rêve Pharma Canada since January 2020, Eric has successfully overseen investigations into procedural breaches and customer complaints, promoted interdepartmental teamwork, and revitalized training programs to enhance efficiency. Prior roles include Quality Assurance Manager and Pharmacist Supervisor, where Eric led production meetings, facilitated staff training, and implemented GS1-compliant barcode systems. Earlier experiences as a pharmacist and pharmacy student at Shoppers Drug Mart, University Health Network, and other institutions have provided a strong foundation in prescription accuracy, patient care, and drug information consultation.
