Prior experience includes Senior Manager of Special Events Marketing at United Way Bay Area, overseeing over 70 community events and coordinating volunteer projects, as well as roles at Amigos de San Lucas, Centro Community Partners, The Women's Foundation of California, and Opportunity Fund, focusing on community engagement, marketing, and development. Missa holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies, Spanish Literature, and Anthropology from Loyola University Chicago, a Professional Certificate in Marketing from University of California, Berkeley Extension, and a Certificate in Digital Marketing from General Assembly.
