Christine Valladolid

Christine is the Executive Director of Enterprise Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness at Kaiser Permanente. She has been with KP for more than a decade and has served in organizational strategy, technology governance, and program management. Before joining KP, she worked in technology consulting at Capgemini. She holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University, and a B.A. from Penn State. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Redlands and teaches courses in the university’s Healthcare Administration and Project Management programs.
