Catherine Kruszka

Director, Customer Experience Operations (cxops) at Reveal Data

Catherine Kruszka has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Catherine started their career in 2008 as a Trial Skills Teaching Assistant at The Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Catherine then worked as an Extern at the Federal District Court in Chicago. In 2008, they also had a short-term role as a Trainer for CPS and Foster Care Worker Training.

In 2009, Catherine began their private practice as a lawyer at Kruszka Law, which they continued until 2013. During this time, they also served as an Adjunct Professor at Harry S. Truman College.

From 2011 to 2013, Catherine held the position of Adjunct Professor at Sinclair Community College. Catherine then joined Black Letter Discovery (Trustpoint International) as a Discovery Consultant from 2013 to 2015.

Catherine's career took a turn towards eDiscovery in 2015 when they became a Vice President at AlixPartners, where they managed eDiscovery projects for Fortune 10 companies and top law firms. Additionally, they served as a local leader for PrideMatters, the LGBTQ employee resource group.

In 2018, Catherine joined CBRE as an E-Discovery Project Specialist in their Global Litigation Department. Catherine was responsible for managing all eDiscovery-related needs and acted as an administrator for eDiscovery software and Microsoft 365. Catherine also used ServiceNow for workload and task management. Catherine's tenure at CBRE lasted until 2022.

Currently, Catherine is working as a Customer Success Director at Reveal. In this role, they guide customers through their entire customer journey and ensures they extract full value from their investment in Reveal. Catherine also assists law schools with their eDiscovery coursework and conducts quarterly business reviews with customers to maintain satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Catherine has gained extensive experience in eDiscovery, project management, teaching, and legal practice.

Catherine Kruszka has an extensive education history. Catherine obtained their J.D. degree in Law and Litigation from Cooley Law School in 2009. Prior to that, they pursued Real Estate Sales Classes at Columbus State Community College for a brief period in 2004. Catherine completed their undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University from 2000 to 2004, earning a B.A. degree in Spanish and International Studies. Additionally, they participated in a Spanish Language Program at the Committee on Institutional Cooperation in Guanajuato, Mexico in 2003. Catherine Kruszka completed their high school education at Wilmington High School from 1996 to 2000. In terms of certifications, they hold various certifications from Reveal-Brainspace, such as the Reveal | Brainspace Certified AI, Reveal | Brainspace Certified Amin, Reveal | Brainspace Certified Analyst, Reveal | Brainspace Certified Processing, Reveal | Brainspace Certified Review, Reveal | Brainspace Certified Sales (Brainspace), and Reveal | Brainspace Certified Sales (Reveal AI). Catherine is also certified as an Axcelerate Data Processing Certified and Axcelerate Review & Administration Certified by OpenText, a Relativity Certified User by kCura, and is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Illinois.
