Rich Melville

Rich Melville has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and compliance. Rich currently holds the position of Director of Information Security and Compliance at Reveal since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at OpenText from April 2016 to August 2023 as the Manager of Information Security & Compliance, where they managed a team and handled information security inquiries and contractual negotiations with customers. Before joining OpenText, Rich worked at Recommind (now OpenText) from March 2012 to April 2016. Rich held the roles of Manager of OnDemand Information Security and Compliance, where they oversaw compliance activities and represented the company during audits, and Senior Business Analyst, where they managed implementation projects and collaborated with clients to develop efficient workflows. Rich also has experience as a Senior eDiscovery Consultant at Strategic eDiscovery from July 2011 to March 2012 and as a Litigation Support Manager at Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. from August 2010 to July 2011. Rich began their career as the Director of Information Systems and Litigation Support at Barris, Sott, Denn & Driker, PLLC from April 2004 to August 2010.
