Customer Success Team Lead at Reveal Mobile

Will Townsend has worked in various roles across several companies since 2014. Will began their career as a Customer Development Operations Intern at Newell Rubbermaid in 2014. Will then returned to Newell Rubbermaid in 2015 as a Customer Development Operations Intern, where they completed an innovative retail planogram for Target's baby gear merchandise and evaluated Goody's ROI. In 2016, Will joined News America Marketing as an Account Associate, where they grew Procter & Gamble's newspaper circular business and generated new business revenue. Will then became an Account Coordinator and Salesforce Champion, where they constructed a tailored presentation for Southeastern Mills and was chosen to represent the Atlanta office in a 3-day training session in New York on implementing SaaS product, Salesforce. In 2019, Will joined Reveal Mobile as a Customer Success Team Lead and Senior Customer Success Manager.

Will Townsend attended UNC Wilmington from 2013 to 2015.
