Laura Rérolle has held various roles in the marketing and customer success industries since 2007. Laura began their career as an Assistant Product Manager at Christian Dior Couture in 2007. In 2008, they took on a role as Promotion and Partnership Manager Assistant at Le Figaro. In 2011, they held two roles, one as a Junior Account Manager at BETC 4D Digital House and another as a Junior Account Manager at Ogilvy & Mather. Laura then moved to McCann Erickson in 2012, where they worked as an Account Manager on the L'Oréal Paris, Franck Provost and Vanderbilt accounts. Later in 2012, they became a 360 Account Manager at AGENCE LA FUSEE, where they managed a portfolio of Automotive, IT, Bank and Insurance, Services and Energy customers. In 2015, Laura joined Google as an Online Sales Account Manager, where they managed a portfolio of major Automotive brands. Laura then moved to AB Tasty in 2018, where they held the role of Head of Partner Success. In this role, they dealt with more than 50 Partners across the globe, was responsible for onboarding and ongoing implementation, and led both on-site and online training and certification activities. Currently, Laura is a Senior Customer Success Manager at Reveal.

Laura Rérolle obtained a Master II in Operational Marketing & International Trade from ESCE International Business School in 2011. Laura has also been studying Digital Marketing, Consumer Marketing, and Multicultural Management at Victoria University of Wellington since 2010. Additionally, they have been studying Consumption Sociology, Communication, and Company Strategy at Universidad de Alcalá since 2007. Laura also holds an AB Tasty Expert Certification from AB Tasty, which they obtained in April 2020.
