Marco Fonseca Da Silva has a wealth of experience in the field of sales operations and strategy. Marco began their career in 2012 as Head of Operations for the Office of the CEO at Multiposting Group. In 2017, they joined SAP SuccessFactors as Global Sales Operations, where they were responsible for global reporting execution on SuccessFactors sales performance, reporting and data analysis for global sales and Go-to-Market initiatives, and special projects such as Top deals tracking, Pricing updates, and Individual Sales Performance. In 2019, they moved to SAP as Chief of Staff for the Office of the COO, where they were responsible for defining and rolling out Go-to-Market strategy, accelerating synergies across all departments and teams in the organization, and talent development initiatives such as the Sales Academy program. In 2021, they co-founded and co-CEOed Ameibo, an entrepreneurial project to create a business application to help companies manage their carbon footprint and involve their employees in their environmental actions. Currently, they are Director of Revenue Operations at Reveal and Business Consultant at Revenue Strategy & Operations, collaborating mostly with Startups and SMBs such as Reveal, Neobrain, and Javelo.
Marco Fonseca Da Silva obtained a Master in Marketing from ESSCA Ecole de management between 2008 and 2013. Additionally, they have a Clari Admin Certified certification from Clari, obtained in October 2022.
