Marcio Lempert

Marcio Lempert is an accomplished operating partner at SYN Ventures since July 2022 and serves on the boards of several companies, including Terra Security, Reveal Security, and Red Access. Marcio has held advisory roles at Cynomi and as a board observer at Refine Intelligence. Since June 2017, Marcio has also been a member of the board of directors for Omnisys. In addition to corporate roles, Marcio is a lecturer in the Argov Program in Leadership & Diplomacy at IDC Herzliya and actively participates in mentoring through the Moshal Scholarship Program. Marcio holds an M.B.A. from Bentley University and a B.Sc. in Management & Business Administration from Lesley University, along with additional educational qualifications in electronics, computers, and naval studies.
