James Marks has extensive experience in software application management and development, currently serving as Manager of Software Applications at Sedgwick since August 2022, overseeing engineering teams in Medical Bill Review and PPO Network Management. Concurrently, James also holds the position of Application Development Manager at Revel IT, where responsibilities include managing software engineering teams for DHL Supply Chain's package tracking and ETL software. Previously, James was the DevOps Director at AVB Marketing, managing infrastructure for a leading e-commerce platform, and co-founded Databloks, focusing on cloud ERP solutions for small and mid-market distributors. James's earlier career includes significant roles at Magellan Corporation as Application Development Manager and Director of Information Technology, and at The Hartford as Application Developer. Educationally, James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Linguistics and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Michigan.
