Most recently Chief Executive Officer of Focus Brands, Steve served for the last six years transforming a highly decentralized operation into a scalable growth platform. Under Steve’s leadership the company’s cash flow increased by nearly 50%, and its operating margins grew from low 30s to mid-40s, achieving top decile performance in the industry.
