Ben Zirbel CRC, CCS, currently serves as the Innovation Manager at Revela Foods since January 2022 and has been a Research Chef at Gamay Food Ingredients since June 2015. Previously, Ben held the position of Corporate Sous Chef at Schwans from November 2012 to June 2015 and served as Head Baker/Research and Development at Crusts Unlimited Inc from June 2011 to October 2012, where responsibilities included product development and employee training in HACCP and SQF. Ben also gained experience as a cook at The Creamery from August 2008 to June 2010 and at the American Club from June 2006 to July 2008. Ben's culinary journey began in 2004 at Kohler Interiors Hospitality, and educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Food Systems and Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and an Associate degree in Culinary Arts from Moraine Park Technical College.
