Kawlewski Ron

Kawlewski Ron is a seasoned plant management professional currently serving as Plant Manager at ADM since January 2024, following the acquisition of the facility. Concurrently, Kawlewski is Plant Manager at Revela Foods since August 2022. Previously, from June 2002 to August 2022, Kawlewski held the position of Executive Director of Continuous Improvement at Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Cooperative, where responsibilities included directing the Corporate Engineering Group and assisting plant management with process diagnostics and solutions. Additional roles at the cooperative included Corporate Technical Services Manager, Plant Manager, Production Manager, Technical Services Manager, and QA Manager, focusing on enhancing process efficiency and product quality. Kawlewski holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Concordia College.
