Venkatesh G M has a solid work experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on recruitment and establishing new offices. Venkatesh began their career as a Manager of HR at Pradot in 2001 and then moved on to Pradot Technologies in 2003 as the Head of Human Resources. At Pradot Technologies, they were responsible for managing HR operations and leading a team of two executives. In 2007, they joined HTMT Global Solutions as a Manager of Human Resources. In 2010, they were selected to be the Head of Human Resources at Revele, where they were involved in recruiting and establishing a new medical billing team and new offices in multiple locations. Throughout their career, Venkatesh has demonstrated a strong understanding of HR operations and a focus on cost optimization and resource management.

Venkatesh G M pursued their education at the University of Mysore from 1998 to 2000. During this time, they completed a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Development.
