Elissa Toder

Elissa Toder has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on quality improvement. Elissa currently holds the position of Vice President of Quality Improvement Strategy & Solutions at Reveleer, starting in August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as Staff Vice President of Quality Improvement at Centene Corporation from January 2020 to December 2020.

Elissa'sprevious role at WellCare Health Plans spanned from 2005 to 2020 and included positions such as Senior Director of Quality Improvement and Senior Project Manager. In these roles, they developed quality improvement strategies, collaborated with various teams to deploy solutions, and managed a department of clinical and non-clinical employees. Elissa also worked closely with network providers to improve quality across different lines of business.

Before joining WellCare Health Plans, Elissa worked at BearingPoint Inc as a Manager from December 2003 to July 2005. In this role, they led various revenue cycle management projects, including the redesign and implementation of patient access functions for different healthcare facilities.

Elissa began their career at Cap Gemini as a Senior Consultant from July 2001 to November 2003. Here, they specialized in revenue cycle transformation and process redesign for hospitals and physician groups, leading projects to improve scheduling procedures and streamline pre-arrival processes.

Elissa's early work experience includes a role as a Consulting Associate at IDX Systems from 1998 to 2001. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in quality improvement, revenue cycle management, and process redesign within the healthcare industry.

Elissa Toder earned their BS degree in Health Policy Administration from Penn State University in the years 1991-1995. Elissa later pursued an MBA from Clark University in 1997-1998.
