Currently, Erin serves as the Founder of Lakeshore Success Strategies, offering services that build and optimize Customer Success programs for companies spanning from startups to established businesses. Concurrently, Erin works as a Customer Success Specialist at Revelesco, focusing on delivering strategic support to startups in their growth phases. Erin also contributes to Sales Impact Academy as a Curriculum Writer and Instructor. Previously, Erin held several leadership roles in Customer Success at Wunderkind and Signals Analytics, where significant achievements included improving client retention rates and expanding account growth. Erin's career began at Nielsen, where project leadership and strategic partnerships were developed. Erin holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in German and Marketing with an emphasis on International Business from Michigan State University.
