Julie Greenall brings extensive experience in account management and sales support, currently serving as the Renewals Account Manager and Inside Sales Team Lead for EMEA at Revenera since July 2019. Prior to this role, Julie was with Flexera Software Limited for over a decade, where responsibilities included leading a team for installation and dongle sales and ensuring accurate order processing. Julie's career began at British Gas, where roles included Customer Service Advisor and Lead Internal Quality Auditor, contributing to the successful ISO9002 accreditation. Educationally, Julie holds a BTEC National Certificate in Business & Finance and a City & Guilds qualification in Hairdressing & Beauty Therapy.
