Artturi Kantanen

Artturi Kantanen has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. Artturi began their career as a Warehouse employee at Scribona in 1997 and later worked as a Computer Installation Engineer. From 2000 to 2004, they held IT support and System Designer/Architect positions at Kansanterveyslaitos, the Finnish National Public Health institute.

In 2005, Kantanen joined Dräger Medical as a System Specialist and later became an IT Service Manager for a PDMS system. Artturi managed support teams, coordinated overall support, and maintained relations with customers and suppliers.

Moving to Datawell in 2010, Kantanen served as a Project Manager for software/system deliveries and implementations. Artturi successfully turned around a project with low customer satisfaction, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. Artturi also worked as a Service Manager, responsible for maintaining and executing maintenance plans and meeting SLAs for named customers.

From 2011 to 2017, Kantanen held various managerial roles at Skanska. Artturi managed teams responsible for Information Management and Collaboration solutions in the Nordics, achieving improved employee satisfaction and implementing unified collaboration solutions. Artturi also led a team responsible for application services in Finland and Estonia, focusing on service improvement and cost-efficient delivery. Additionally, they served as an IT Service Manager.

In 2018, Kantanen became an IT Manager at Skanska Oy, with responsibilities including data and information management, analytics, data governance, and developing a data culture for the organization. Artturi also managed Enterprise & Information Architecture, Supplier & Contract Management, and IT Project Portfolio Management.

Finally, in 2022, Kantanen joined Revenio Group Oyj as the Head of IT.

Artturi Kantanen attended Brändö Gymnasium from 1992 to 1995, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during this time. From 1998 to 2005, they attended the University of Helsinki and earned a Master's degree in Chemistry, IT, and Mathematics. In terms of additional certifications, Artturi obtained the following qualifications: Nordic+ Strategic leadership from Skanska in May 2019, JET - Johtamisen erikoisammattitutkinto (a vocational qualification in leadership) from Markkinointi-instituutti in May 2016, ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle from APMG-International in February 2015, ITIL Planning, Protection, & Optimization from Olingo Consulting AB in May 2014, ITIL Operational Support & Analysis from Olingo in March 2014, ITIL Release, Control & Validation from Olingo in June 2013, ITIL Continual Service Improvement from Olingo in May 2013, ITIL Service Offerings and Agreements from Olingo in March 2012, and ITIL Foundations v3 2011 Edition from Olingo in January 2012.
