Hanna Vuornos

Hanna Vuornos has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Hanna currently holds the position of VP, People & Culture at Revenio Group Oyj, starting in August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Varian Medical Systems where they held various roles including Director, HR Business Partner, Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, and Sr. HR Business Partner from 2017 to 2021.

Before joining Varian Medical Systems, Hanna worked at Telia Company as an HR Manager. In this role, they were responsible for leadership development, performance management, and supporting various business units such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, and Communication. Hanna also served as an HR Development Manager in the Mobility Services business unit, focusing on performance management and employer branding. Hanna worked at Telia Company from 2012 to 2015.

Prior to Telia Company, Hanna worked at BearingPoint as a Resource Manager and HR Manager from 2008 to 2012. As a Resource Manager, they handled project resourcing and was responsible for onboarding and exit processes. As an HR Manager, they handled all HR matters in Finland, including performance management, competence management, recruiting, and payroll.

Hanna's earlier work experience includes working as an HR Consultant at Murata from 2003 to 2005, and as an HR Assistant at Elisa from 2001 to 2003 (part-time during studies). At Elisa, they were responsible for payroll, insurance, healthcare, benefits, and participated in compensation development, intranet development, and recruiting.

Hanna Vuornos holds a Master's degree in Social Psychology, Work Psychology, and Leadership from the University of Helsinki. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Booth360 from The Booth Company in August 2017 and SHRM-SCP from SHRM in December 2015.
