Silja Liuska

Silja Liuska has a strong background in business operations and financial management. Silja began their career at IBM Finland in 2007 as a Project Administrator, providing support in project management. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Contract Operations Manager, responsible for revenue performance analysis and internal reporting. After leaving IBM Finland in 2014, they joined IBM as a Commercial Operations specialist, where they managed various operational tasks for large clients, including finance reporting and invoicing. In 2016, Silja took on the role of Business Operations, Contract Management Advisor, where they were responsible for financial performance management and forecasting for complex IT service contracts and accounts. In their most recent role as a Business Controller at Revenio Group Oyj, Silja continues to utilize their financial expertise to maximize the company's revenue potential and profitability.

Silja Liuska earned a Master of Economics degree from the University of Jyväskylä, focusing on Marketing, Accounting, and Economics. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications from IBM, including IBM Automation: Compass in April 2020, Earning Advocacy Practitioner in June 2019, Cognitive Practitioner in February 2019, and IBM Agile Explorer in May 2018.
