Charles Craigmile

Charles Craigmile is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various industries. Charles started their career as a Commercial Banking Officer at The Northern Trust Company, where they managed loan portfolios for manufacturing and distribution companies. Charles then worked at Ernst & Young as a Manager in Management Consulting. Charles later joined Candle Corporation of America as a Director of Distribution, overseeing a large warehouse and achieving high customer satisfaction.

After that, they served as the Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain at Learning Curve International, where they successfully improved lead times and inventory turnover, leading to a profitable sale of the company. Charles then joined Sunstone Imports as the Vice President of Operations, responsible for manufacturing, distribution, and customer service.

Charles went on to become the Vice President and General Manager at Schneider Logistics, where they led the sales, operations, and customer service groups, contributing to the rapid growth of the business. Charles then became the President and CEO of Forseva, LLC, a premier provider of revenue management business applications, until it was acquired by Equifax.

Charles Craigmile earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Latin, and Greek from the University of St. Thomas between 1981 and 1985. Charles later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy at DePaul University from 1987 to 1989. Charles then furthered their education by obtaining an MBA degree in Operations and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, which they completed between 1990 and 1993.
