Alex Dawson is an experienced product owner and client operations manager with a strong background in eCommerce technology and analytics. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Revenue Analytics, Inc. since October 2023, Alex previously held a similar role at SmartCommerce, where engagement with stakeholders drove product strategies and reporting solutions for a core SaaS platform. Alex also has experience as a Senior Manager in Client Success, facilitating collaboration between departments to enhance customer satisfaction, and has held various roles at Experience LLC, The Aspire Group Inc., and Teach For America, leveraging a combination of analytical skills and educational expertise.
