VP, Customer Strategy & Success for Manufacturing & Distribution at Revenue Analytics

As the VP of Customer Strategy & Success for the Manufacturing & Distribution vertical, Sarah works to understand the unique problems her customers face and uses that understanding to lead implementations and support for Price+ and Base+. She also works closely with the Product team to set the vision for the suite of products and ensures they continue to solve the customers’ evolving business challenges.

Since 2014, she’s continued her own development alongside Revenue Analytics’ growth, helping to stand up the first Managed Services team which evolved into the Customer Strategy & Success teams she have today. Previously, she worked in pricing for the publishing industry and led a growing Customer Success & Sales Operations team at a Fintech start-up. She’s a proud graduate of Towson University with a B.S. in Mathematics & Economics, and holds a M.S. in Economics from Georgia Tech.
