Jena Eggert has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jena is the Founder & CEO of JER Marketing, where they specialize in providing unique and innovative marketing strategies tailored to their clients' organizations. Jena also co-founded revcyclematch.com and served as the President. Jena worked as a Resultant Consultant at VisiQuate, Inc. and as a Marketing Consultant at Via Oncology. Prior to that, they were the Director of Marketing at Kramer Healthcare Technologies. In 2023, Jena founded Revenue Cycle Resources (RCR), an online resource for all things related to healthcare revenue cycle.

Jena Eggert obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General from the University of Kentucky in the years 1986 to 1990. Jena also holds a certification in SBA-Woman-Owned Small Business from the U.S. Small Business Administration, which they obtained in 2020.
