Juan Rivera

Juan Rivera has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Juan most recently worked at Revenue.io, starting in 2021 as a Salesforce Engineer and later taking on the role of Senior Salesforce Engineer in May 2022. Before that, they were employed at Mindtree from 2016 to 2021, where they progressed from a Software Engineer to a Senior Developer and eventually became an Associate Technical Lead. Prior to that, Juan had internships and positions at Infinite Energy Inc as a Business Analytics Intern and a Residential Account Representative from 2013 to 2015. Juan also worked at AvMed Health Plans as a Member Service Representative in 2012 and had a management trainee role at Toys R Us from 2011 to 2012. Juan began their career as an Alternative Energy Research Intern at COMISION NACIONAL DE ENERGIA in 2010.

Juan Rivera's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Santa Fe College and obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Juan then pursued further education at the University of Florida from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

After a few years, Juan returned to Santa Fe College from 2014 to 2017 to pursue an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Programming Application Development.

In addition to their formal education, Juan has obtained several certifications. In May 2015, they earned the Computer Programming Specialist certification from Santa Fe College. Juan also holds several Salesforce certifications, including the Salesforce Certified Administrator (June 2016), the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (May 2017), and the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (February 2020). Additionally, Juan obtained the SAFe Practitioner (SP) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2016.
