Victoria Shackelford

Victoria Shackelford has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2006, they worked as a Project Designer at Bovary & Butterfly. From 2007 to 2009, they served as an Assistant Event Planner at Lady Liberty Events. Victoria then joined Of Corset Is, Inc in 2009 as an Executive Assistant, where they supported Dita Von Teese and traveled internationally to assist in show and brand development. In 2013, Victoria worked as a Consultant at Michael Schmidt Studios, collaborating with the CEO on conceptual business strategy and maintaining relationships with high-profile clients. During the same period, they also served as an Executive Assistant to Maurice Marciano, CEO of Maurice Marciano Consulting. Victoria later became an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Trailer Park Group from 2015 to 2018, and subsequently held the role of People Operations Manager at Revenue.io, where they were responsible for onboarding, termination processes, performance reviews, and company culture. Victoria developed policies and procedures, created a monthly newsletter, introduced employee awards, and coordinated company events. Additionally, Victoria managed office administration and served as the office manager.

Victoria Shackelford earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from DePaul University, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Victoria then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, starting in 2020 and expected to graduate in 2024.
