Guillermo Pérez Pérez

Guillermo Pérez Pérez has a long history of experience in software engineering and development. Guillermo began their career in 1997 as the software architect of the Arfo e-learning platform at Grupo de Ingeniería de Organización -GIO- (departamento UPM). In 1998, they became the owner and software engineer of Onírica S.L., a company dedicated to software development. In 2006, they took on the role of project manager and software architect at Desarrollo y Recursos (DyR). In 2008, they became the lead engineer security & backend framework at Tuenti, where they were responsible for the architecture of the backend framework, the design, implementation and maintenance of the data layer, and security management. In 2012, they joined Facebook as a production engineer. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as the director of engineering, SRE at RevenueCat.

Guillermo Pérez Pérez attended Colegio Estudio (Institución Libre de Enseñanza) from 1982 to 1996. Guillermo then went on to pursue a Superior Eng. in Telecommunications at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 1996 to 2004.
