Christopher Culpepper has a diverse work experience in various management roles. Christopher started their career as a Sales Associate at The Home Depot in 2006. Christopher gradually worked their way up and held roles such as Department Supervisor, Key Carrying Department Manager, and Merchandising and Specialty Assistant Store Manager. Christopher then became a Specialty Assistant Store Manager, where they exhibited team-building skills and exceeded sales goals. Christopher also served as an Operations Manager, focusing on cash flow, profitability, and effective inventory control. Prior to their time at The Home Depot, Christopher worked at Toys"R"Us as a Store Manager, where they improved customer service ratings by implementing selling culture and recognition programs. Christopher then transitioned to Target and served as a Store Director. Currently, Christopher is the Head of Marketing at Rever Grand, where they oversee marketing initiatives.

Christopher Culpepper attended the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Bachelors Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In July 2022, they also obtained certification in Adult, Child and Infant, Pediatric CPR/AED from ProTrainings.
