Mikaela Kiner

Mikaela Kiner is the Founder and CEO of Reverb, a consulting company focused on people operations. Mikaela founded the company in 2015 and provides consulting services to help companies grow quickly while fostering healthy and inclusive cultures. In addition to their work at Reverb, Mikaela is also an author of the book "Female Firebrands: Stories & Techniques to Ignite Change, Take Control, and Succeed...". Mikaela has held various advisory and strategic roles at ClubHealth, PeopleTech Partners, and Forbes Human Resources Council. Prior to starting their own company, Mikaela worked as a VP of HR at Redfin, a Sr. HR Director at PopCap Games, and a Director of HR at Amazon.com. Mikaela also has experience in Partner Resources at Starbucks and as a Senior HR Manager at Microsoft.

Mikaela Kiner obtained a Master's degree in HR Management with a Certificate in OD from The New School, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Mikaela also holds various certifications in coaching and leadership. Mikaela became a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator in December 2018, completed the Leadership Coaching program at the Hudson Institute of Coaching in June 2014, and obtained the Hudson Coach Certification from the same institution in May 2014. Mikaela is also a member of the International Coaching Federation, having obtained their certification from the organization in February 2015. Mikaela further enhanced their skills and knowledge by completing the Management Training 101: Practical Skills for Developing People Leaders course from Reverb in August 2021 and the DEI CHAMPIONS: Associate Level program from Diverse City LLC in June 2021. Mikaela'smost recent certification is as an ICF Member from the International Coaching Federation, acquired in May 2022.
