Pavan Sarguru is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and structural engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Reverb since June 2018, Pavan has progressed through various roles including Engineering Manager and Senior Software Developer. Previously, Pavan held positions at Gamut as a Platform Engineer, and at Provide as a Software Developer, contributing to web application development projects. Pavan's experience also includes coaching MBA students at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Earlier roles included structural engineering positions at Forefront Structural Engineers and Sargent & Lundy. Pavan holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, supplemented by a coding bootcamp at Dev Bootcamp.
